End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Terms and conditions for using Danoggin

Effective Date: May 7, 2025

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Blue Vistas Solutions ("Licensor") for the use of the mobile application "Danoggin" ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on your compatible mobile devices, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Distribute, resell, or sublicense the App to any third party.
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm others.
  • Circumvent any security or authentication measures of the App.

3. Ownership

All intellectual property rights in and to the App, including source code, content, design, and trademarks, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Licensor or its licensors. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to the User.

4. Data and Privacy

The App may collect and store certain data related to your usage to enable core features such as responder check-ins, observer alerts, and question response tracking. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy [insert link].

5. Updates

Licensor may issue updates or upgrades to the App from time to time. Such updates may be automatic or require manual installation and are subject to the terms of this Agreement.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the App from your devices.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. Licensor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
