We took these photos while flying over Cedarlands the very next weekend (May 10th) to get a better understanding of the full scope of the logging. |
One month later...
On June 8th I drove back solo to take a lot more photos and even a couple of movies to show what difference a month can make in things.

These photos were supplied by a scouter that spent a week at Cedarlands in August, and also provided a detailed reaction to what he saw. |
Below is a copy of the set of pictures offered by the council on the ADKventures.org web site. It's the only documentation I was able to find posted regarding what happened. It was originally posted around January of '08, and was still avaliable as the only council provided web page, as of June of this same year.
