Two sample breakfasts

The one on the left here is a classic "Irish Breakfast" complete with
Black Sausage. John tried it once, and that was plenty. (Go
ahead... look up how it's made... I dare you.)

This one on the right is simple... scrambled eggs with smoked salmon,
which John ate most days.
Only one of the B&B's offered french toast; something
Tracy welcomed!
Every breakfast also came with a full compliment of
toasts, as well as "brown bread". In fact, we had brown bread at
pretty much every meal. We never left the table hungry in Ireland. |
